Overview
Trial Trench Surveys offers a 3-day free trial so you can test the software fully before making any payment. Because of this, we operate a limited refund policy on paid subscriptions.
Free Trial
No payment is required during the 3-day free trial. You will not be charged unless you choose to upgrade to a paid plan.
Paid Subscriptions
If you purchase a paid plan and are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of your payment date. Refund requests made after 7 days of purchase will not be eligible for a refund.
To request a refund, email us at support@trialtrench.com with your order details and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 working days back to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date
- The account has generated a significant number of reports during the subscription period
- The request is for a renewal charge that was not cancelled before the renewal date
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and managing your subscription settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
Monthly subscribers: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly billing period.
Yearly subscribers: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual billing period.
